Bobby Fischer, so what . . .
A serious demand for the statute of political refugee
by Mr. Ernst Zundel or others as f.i. the following :

Dear Sirs,

Following the example of the U.S.A.-citizen, Mr. Bobby Fischer, in Japan, I think I have surely the right to demand AND to get not only residency but also the statute of political refugee in Iceland - no prime minister-email available -, and if not, then in the U.S.A. - by email and form - nothing available in US-embassy Brussel.

In fact, contrary to Mr. Fischer who seems to have broken the laws of his country without any political motivation, I can assure you that this is here not the case although criminal justice, police and political authorities in cooperation with others like the administration and so-called'"welfare"maffia, are trying since many decennia to criminalize my person and so to stop for ever my peacefull political activities in pure sowjet-style - as can be proven by many legal procedures.

Next to these criminal activities by these political, justice and police authorities against my person,
I wish to underline also that I'm also the victim during the same many decennia and untill this moment, of a similar criminal war by the administration and by the social "welfare".

1. Concerning the war by administration, I underline f.i. the fact that the nomenclatura of my country has already declared my person as non-existing anymore by removing my name out the the people register of the city, so that f.i. I'm also automatically excluded from the health security. At the same time the criminal police have taken my identity and driving papers from me.

2. Concerning the social welfare-state of my country, I wish to point to the fact that since long time
these criminal welfare-authority is trying to steal my minimal social support to survive
in their criminal state where 500.000 people have no job, where non-declared jobs are persecuted as crime
and where humanitarian aid is not existing at all.

These actions has already officially been called as TORTURE, but this has had no effect and now since 1996, I have no income or any social support so that I have been needed to seek humanitarian aid which is not existing in my country !

Please note also that the criminal agression is also turned against my property which is a small house (50m2) :
with all methods this maffia authority is trying to steal not only my social support but also my property !

It is important to know that I get not only no social or humanitarian aid but of course also no legal aid whatsoever, and so it must be clear that already only for this reason my country is for me not only a criminal but also a totally non-justice state.

Even when someone knows nothing about my political peacefull activities - dealing with edition of books and publishing on internet ! - you can easily see that these total wars which have destroyed my life, are not happening by accident.

In fact de mass of the agressions is showing that it handles of a real political persecussion against a person as never seen before (and after I suppose) in a so-called democratic and civilized country, and so it handles about an affair which is fully in accordance with the Convention of Geneva concerning political refugees.

Concerning your responsability I wish to underline that discrimination is not allowed although I know very well that Mr. Bobby Fischer is famous and I'm not - so press and media have also their responsability !

This demand is done in all truth, nothing but the truth and the whole truth, for the simple reason that all declarations concerning all persecutions and all declarations concerning the political side of this affair, can be proven by official and other documents, and so I like to demand you in view of my statute of political refugee to send the humanitarian aid without any delay, for which my thanks in advance.

Moreover, note that I'm not one of the hunderd of thousands who are abusing the fundamental right of asylum just to get in a country for a better life and for the profit of the politicians and other nomenclatura, which means that if the political situation for me in my country is safe, I do not need your help anymore.

At last as great injustice is been done and is going on by so-called democratic authorities - true demoncreatures and superterrorists - in a so-called peace-time against a totally excluded person, I will request the persecution not only of this criminal State but in the first place, of all persons involved in all these crimes against humanity including . . .

TORTURE - a word which has been used in an official paper !
